Chili lime shrimp skewers caramelized on the grill and served over our house-made peach salsa, topped with a light agave glaze.

Bowls come with taco toppings, rice, black beans, and cabbage.
Tacos come 3 per order on fresh corn tortillas sourced from La Poblanita in Rifle, CO.
Vegetable Croquette (V)
Sweet potato and veggie croquettes, avocado, cabbage, and cilantro with pico de gallo and our vegan house-made chipotle aioli.
Shredded chicken in a tinga sauce (tomatoes, chipotle chilis in adobo sauce, and onions), avocado, cabbage, pickled onions, and cilantro with pico de gallo and avocado aioli. The bowl is topped with queso fresco.
Grilled shrimp tossed in a blackened chili agave glaze, guacamole, cabbage, and cilantro with house-made peach salsa, pico de gallo, and our house-made avocado aioli.
Slow cooked beef seasoned with dried chilies and spices, cabbage, pickled onions, radish, cilantro, and lime with house-made traditional salsa, habanero salsa, and pico de gallo. The bowl is topped with queso fresco and the tacos are topped with mozzarella.
